it is really true, i just bought two weeks ago a GRD1, with barely 1800 shots for 175eur, and it even came together with a TTL flash that I hope to send....and recover some cash.
BTW thanks to Schaki, I found it thanks to him, through the thread he keeps updated... My GX100 was also 2nd hand, keeps on working marvelously because it wsa very well cared for by its former user...
so, Ricoh keep on updaiting models, I am a happy recicler!
