My sister's (my old) R5 got a dust speck. I don't know if it was on the sensor or on the inside of the lens, but anyway, here's what I did. I opened the battery compartment, removed the battery and memory card, tried to get dry in my mouth, sealed my lips around the opening and blew forcefully into the camera.
The camera was of course out of guarantee, and quite old, or I would not have tried this. I do not advice anyone to do this, because I suspect it can cause more problems than it fixes, but in my (or rather my sister's) case it was a success, and the dust speck was gone with no ill side effects.
End of happy story!
