This morning I went to Dordrecht (with the GXR). Her are some pictures:

Seems to be quite early when you went around, as always for your pictures... ;)

I was in Dordrecht at 9.00. I first did a little shopping and than I took some pictures :D

I used a GXR with 28mm and I have converted the photos with Capture NX2 in B&W.
 
Genster, another very nice set of pictures... I find the #5 particularly nice among the others... The light, the point of view and the perspective (together with the form of the branches) are giving a nice atmosphere to the picture... Thank you to share
 
I like #5 the most as well. Also, the higher contrast in this one, as opposed to #6, appeals to me more. Why does this one have more contrast? PP? Exposure?
Would be happy to see one of these in color...love to see European towns.
 
There really is something special in the #5. The light is interesting. The facades on the left side bank are nicely lit.

I have made the shades a bit lighter in #6. Just to try it out...

I can see that and agree Peter, the composition is spot on for me too.
 
Dordrecht is a really nice town it would seem! Thanks Genster for sharing your day with me/us!
The black and white works really well with these images...#5 does seem to be particularily special though!

great atmosphere conveyed by this series. Don't ask me to pick a fave from them.............like them all.
