I am an old boy, and an active photographer from about 1962. Because of military deployments I have been able to acquire quite a bit of Nikon gear and my main outfit is a Nikon DSLR. However, I also have need for a compact camera and I believe that the Ricoh GXR concept where a small sensor zoom can be changed out for an APS-C module including the Leica mount unit, is a perfect solution for me.

Welcome Dick! It certainly is a system which I find more of a challenge than the 'auto everything' devices...

Hi Dick,
and welcome to our friendly little corner. I have been a Nikon user on and off, had a few film Nikons in the past.
For a while some of the work I liked most came from my Nikons.
Which models/lenses did you manage to aquire?
