CX1 - How to set -2/+2 EV on the auto bracket settings?

By default, the CX1 uses -0.5 and +0.5 EV if the auto bracket shooting is turned on. How do you change it so that it uses -2/+2 instead? (for HDR post-processing)

The manual said to change the exposure compensation on the shooting menu (p.120 on the manual), which didn't seem to work as expected (still -/+ 0.5ev)

I'm afraid, you can't. From some strange reason, Ricoh insists on this archaic and definitely obsolete bracketing range (max +/- 0.5EV) in their cameras (since film Ricohs!). This is one of two-three remaining things so many times requested by users, but never actually improved by Ricoh. The same useless range is also in other Ricoh models. Unfortunately, we are hitting deaf ears here. The only thing we can do is to keep nudging Ricoh about some more sensible BKT values, so useful for HDR photographers.

Ah..thanks for the reply. I guess we can always rely on a software (like Adobe Lightroom, assuming everyone has the money to pay for it) to do the exposure value tweaking
