Couple of street shots

I really get off on your low light color work. It's like there is no struggle with it vrs the B&W where I sense your search for a definition of the image.
It's very interesting as it is opposite of what one would think.

Don. Hi......I worked quite hard on this to produce anything at all. High iso equalled lots of grain. Unless I am doing something wrong, I don't find the grd3 useful in such low light.

It looks good for web viewing, it only seems to lose a bit with full size viewing
 
Pete you could try and reduce mainly the chrominance noise with the following two simple PS steps:
1.Filter>Blur>Gaussian blur...apply 10 or 20 pixels radius until the noise color steps disappear (the image will be completely blurred).
2.Edit Transition>Gaussian Blur and check Color mode.
Done
