Cold in the park

It got cold here in the North of UK the last week or so...

Vey nice set of 'cold' photos, shot #1 has a touch of Hitchcocks "The Birds" about it, my favourite is shot #4, subtle colour & good composition.

2nd and 4th are my favorites. Especially the last one is very dramatic.

I think this is a great set of images - I'd love to see them all as b&w with the darks a lot darker - lovely compositions and very intriguing 'feel' to them. VERY nice indeed. Really floats my boat.

Thanks for your comments, I tried some more B/W as you suggested...is always interesting for me to play with options and understand why things work better, or not.
I think it's a good way to learn.

Yes - that really does it for me - really makes them sing. B&W really suits these images.
