Clear name?

Does anyone know how to clear the previous owners name? I tried resetting to factory setting but his name is still in there. Thanks!!

What model camera are you referring to?
Also where are you seeing the name? Is it in the EXIF data?

If there is a way I daresay it will be similar for all Ricohs, but its always handy to know which model.

For the GXR, it's likely stored under 'Copyright Notice' in the menu. Good luck!
