These shots were taken during my late Christmas shopping walk over the center of Ostrava (my hometown). Very cold and windy weather but as you can see, no snow at all. Fortunately, there were a lot of places with hot drinks and food 
All shots taken with GX100 + EVF. All photos are "fine" JPEGs taken with RAW. But I found the GX100 JPEGs at ISO400 quite acceptable with no need to play with RAW. I only increased the contrast, reduced the blue tint, resized them and finally resharpened a bit after resizing. As said previously, the GX100 does not do so drastic NR at ISO400 as GRD2.
