"cannot load image"

Cannot view or load image keeps coming up on my gr3x. Is it me or could the camera be malfunctioning?

can you give us some more information about your problem?
Where do you try to view your images? On the camera?
Try to load images to where? From GR via cable or card reader to a computer or wireless via App to a smartphone?
