BT's old clothes line

Not even half way through my beer down pub when BT rushes up & says.
"Finish that & help me put up a clothes line."
"Steady on, I just started this beer."
"Hurry up & help me"
So i go around to his place & access the cloth line. Old & new.
There is a pic in this. I think.
Whip out the Kiev 30 & take a shot.
I am bettera at installing clothes lines than ......
Cutting 35mm film to 16mm, processing said film & scanning it too.
But I just like this pic, so I bring it here to share with you all.

interesting story around that shot, and very interesting picture, that IMO lives (1) from the shadow of the piece of wood and (2) from the very special vignetting of the Kiev 30-lens.
You cut the 35 mm-film ? Isn`t the Minox-film usually needed ?

Should I re-activate my old Kiev 88-set again ??? (your further shots on flickr are inspiring to do so...)

Hi JONIE. I think the Minox is 9.5mm. Very sub miniature. The Kiev 30 is 16mm unperforated film frame size 0f 17 x 14 mm.

Kiev 88 is a Soviet copy of the Hasselblad isn't it?

thanks for the clarification regarding the Kiev 30-film-format.
Yes, you are right, Kiev 88 was a try of an unreliable copy of the Hasselblad 501-generation, with focal-plane shutter (metal) instead of central- locking.
Although the quality of the russian lenses is poor, the image quality is quite good, due to the big film-format (6x6). One as well can fix old (but much better) Carl Zeiss-Jena-lenses, that were produced in the former GDR (German Democratic Republic) for the Pentacon Six-Cameras.
