I am very much better pleased with the crop. only had seconds to catch this, left zoom where it had last been. F200EXR at ISO 800 and 400% DR, I have only boosted a bit of sharpness and actually darkened the shadows to mask faint noise. NO other compact that I have used would have been able to capture this range!
I removed the uncropped shot and gave him his own thread. I like this shot enough I feel it deserves such.
