Hi all
Rob from Kent (UK) here. Massive Ricoh fan. Was building a drone back in 2012/3 (before you could buy camera drones off-the-shelf). Came up with selection criteria (size, quality, weight etc.) and a Ricoh GR II fitted the bill. New to me but went on to use it as my everyday camera (and still do).
Published a lot of pics with various Ricohs over the years (eg. front cover of the Royal Photographic Society Journal - see attached).
Today, on wildlife/safari/landscape holidays all I take is my Nikon D850 (+ 80-400) - for reach - and a couple of Ricohs - for wide-angle/macro. People are still amazed at the quality of the Ricoh images. Me too!
Regards to all,
Rob
