Shes lovely and so are the photos. I love those wide side decks and a true deep cockpit - so much better than most modern boats where the cabin roof has been extended to close to the 'edges' to increase head room below at the expense of safety on deck. I'll read-up on her when I have some time but she must have been built for a wealthy gentleman.

Comes with tidy ropes.

Lots of skill there at a high point in wooden boat building. Just to show that good boats could be built in what was still a very new country in using western boat building traditions.

Images well caught, was the boat on display?

Richard, my preference is also for the older style craft, onus on style!...A wealthy owner, no doubt.

Beautiful photography Marcus! Tempting, but still will not convince me to prefer being on water than on land.... ;)
