B&w Hi Contrast (can't find it)

Hello folks!
One question. How to use b&w Hi Contrast Jpeg for my photos and save it on my1, my2, my3 modes? Because on "settings image" option i can't find the b&w Hi Contrast settings. Only the normal b&w with contrast the contrast and sharpen parameters (default).

I've the latest firmware (2.50)

I think the Hi/BW setting is only accessible through the Scene mode dial unfortunately. I wish there was a way to shoot Hi/BW + Raw under MY settings.
