I came across this merry band when visiting the open day of the a public transport company in Utrech/Holland.
The original version had too many colourful details which distracted from the main subject hence the choice for b/w.
The sign on the right says "Op de foto" which can be translated as "Have your picture taken"

Hehe, a great fun image skippy. These guys sure look like the like having their picture taken. B/W is a good choice IMHO too.
