Hi!

The poppy picture was taking on my first day of using the GX100, when I didn't know anything about the cameras settings (not even to put the IQ to RAW). It was a happy accident - I never would have thought of turning the flash on while taking the picture. That's me: all thumbs! :lol:

nice textures on the rose,dail in -.3 ev and toy will keep the high lights fyi, I have the same poppies in my garden..........I won't tell you what they remind me of!......nice shots and happy learning!
 
Thanks for the tip, marky! I've added -.3 ev to MYSETTING 1 so it'll be done in the future.

(Just gotta figure out why I keep getting the 'Settings Changed' message every time I power up now. :) )
 
I like the second one. I would give it a try in SP with a bit of false colors and maybe vignette effect...you know, my usual film-like look ;)

As for "Settings Changed" the source of this message have been discussed here:
viewtopic.php?p=4557#p4557

The best thing you can do is to disable this message in menu (see GX100 help).
